Cookie Policy

What cookies are

Small text files a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits or between pages.

The categories we use

• Necessary — always on. A cookie that remembers what's in your cart (dbs-cart-v1) and a cookie that remembers your cookie choice (dbs-consent-v1). These don't require consent because the site can't function without them.
• Analytics — off until you say yes. Google Analytics (GA4), which helps us understand how the site is used in aggregate. It's not loaded at all — not even present on the page — until you actively opt in.

How consent works

When you first visit, a banner offers three equally-sized choices: Reject all, Customize, and Accept all — none is visually favoured over the others, and no box is pre-ticked for you. Your choice is remembered for 12 months. You can change it anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer or the mobile menu.

Third-party cookies

If you accept Analytics, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) sets cookies to measure site usage. No other third-party or marketing cookies are used on this site.

Your browser's own controls

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser's own settings at any time; doing so may affect features like your cart remembering its contents.

Changes to this policy

If our cookie use changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
