Who these terms apply to
These terms govern any order placed through this site, or any project agreed with designedbyshelby ("we," "us"), Kitheronos 25, Athens 112 55, Greece.
The services
We sell six fixed-scope website packages (Landing Page, Business Website, E-commerce Website, Website Redesign, Brand + Website, Care Plan), each in two tiers, plus three add-ons (Strategy Session, Extra page, Additional language). The exact scope, price and turnaround of each is published on its own service page and on /pricing/. Work outside these published packages is genuinely bespoke and is scoped and priced individually after you contact us.
How ordering works
For any of the six published packages, you order by adding it to your cart and completing checkout — no sales call is required. For bespoke work, we agree scope and price in writing before any work begins.
Prices & VAT
All prices shown include 24% Greek VAT. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay for that order.
Payment terms
Project services: 50% is due when you place the order, and the remaining 50% is due when you approve the final result, before launch. Care Plan is billed monthly, starting on the day you subscribe. The Strategy Session is paid in full at booking.
Ownership
Once the final payment for a project has been received, you own the resulting code, design files and domain outright. Before final payment, work in progress remains our property. Hosting accounts, the domain registrar and any third-party platform are set up on your own accounts, at your own cost.
Revisions and the post-launch fix window
Each tier includes a stated number of revision rounds and a post-launch fix window (30 to 90 days) covering defects in what we built. Changes requested outside the included rounds are quoted and agreed as additional work before we carry them out.
Changes to scope
If your needs grow beyond what you ordered, we scope the difference as an Extra page, an Additional language, or a separate estimate. We don't expand a fixed-price package's included work without your agreement.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for supplying content, brand assets, and any third-party account access we need in good time, and for giving feedback within a reasonable period at each stage. You confirm you have the right to use any content, images or trademarks you supply to us.
Third-party costs
Hosting, domain registration, platform subscriptions, payment-processor fees, and any paid stock assets you choose to license are not included in our price and are billed to you directly by those providers.
Warranties and liability
We build to the scope and standard stated on the relevant service page. To the extent permitted by Greek and EU law, our liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project; nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any statutory right you have as a consumer.

Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek and European Union law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your own country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
