Frequently asked questions
What counts as an "edit"?
Text and image changes, small layout tweaks, adding a new product or offer to an existing page — anything that doesn't need a new page built from scratch.
What happens if I go over my monthly edit allowance?
Extra time is billed at a stated hourly rate, agreed with you before we start — never charged silently.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. There's no refund for a month already started, and unused edit time doesn't roll over.
Do I need this if my site was built by someone else?
Yes, if you want it monitored, updated and edited going forward — we review the existing site first so we know exactly what we're taking on.
